Welcome to the UK online shop for Le Volpi e l'Uva. * Important News * This whole site is being redeveloped, so watch this space for a new and improved shopping experience for clients from countries throughout the European Union, with a much greater selection of wines available to buy online. This page is for UK customers only, and all prices include delivery costs only to the UK. If you are viewing this site from another country and wish to order some wine, then please contact us through our main website: just follow the link above to Le Volpe e l'Uva Home. This page currently has the facility to sell up to two cases of single wines, but if you want more, then just let us know and we'll organise it for you. Once your order has been received, it will be despatched within 2 working days. Shipping takes between 5-6 days, so in total you should allow about 10 days in total for delivery to the UK. Should your order fail to arrive within this time, or for any other queries about the status of your order, or if you are having trouble using this site, then please contact our UK agent Chris Dobson. His details can be found by following the link above to the UK Contact page. Normally all items listed on this website are in stock, but if for any reason something you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we shall contact you immediately, either to suggest a replacement item, or to give you a realistic waiting time. If either of these options is unacceptable, we shall make a full refund to your card. The photos show a selection of the wines in each case, but because the composition of the cases changes, please remember that you should refer to the lists of wines in the cases. All bottles are 75cl. Please note: you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine from this website. |
Case 1: Selection of 12 Italian Wines This case contains a selection of wines from the Alto Adige in the North, to the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Of the 12 bottles, 9 are reds, and the other three are whites. We have included some of the classic wines of Tuscany, including a Chianti, a Sangiovese and two Rossi di Montalcino. |

Case 3: Selection of 6 Party wines Included in this selection are three sparkling wines: dry, extra dry (a clssic Prosecco), and a Rosé. For those of you with a taste for something sweeter, we have included three smaller bottles of wonderful 'pudding' wines: a classic Tuscan Vinsanto, an aromatic Passito, and a rosé Moscato. Just the thing to round off your Christmas dinner, and not at all bad with mince pies! This case contains one bottle of each of the following wines: Spumanti/Sparkling: All these are 750ml bottles Dolci/Sweet: These are smaller bottles than normal. See precise sizes below. Case 4: Chianti Classico Candialle DOCG 2008 (Toscana) *Organic* Grape: Sangiovese 95%, Petit Verdot 5% Chianti is perhaps the wine most widely associated with Tuscany. This Candialle has a violet colour, with rich fruit flavours which persist on the palette.Available as either 1 or 2 cases containing 6 bottles each.
